Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory to consistently meet monthly sales targets. Regularly attend company meetings to stay updated on technical information, presentations, and product developments. Monitor competitor activities, including promotions and market strategies, and provide timely reports to management. Collect and relay feedback from dermatologists to support product improvement and strategic planning. Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales calls, and relevant information in the company database.

Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and Regular Territory Meetings (RTM) to engage healthcare professionals and support their academic interests related to Galderma’s products. Provide medical and academic support to customers using resources available at the head office. Continuously update and manage the doctor list, identify new potential customers, and analyze prescription trends to optimize sales efforts.

Implement effective detailing techniques using Visual Aid Flyers (VAF), Leave Behind Literature (LBL), and other tools to address customer queries and objections. Identify and regularly visit potential chemists and stockists to ensure product availability, manage stock levels, and communicate promotional schemes. Support stockists by tracking batch supplies, following up on payments, and assisting with inventory liquidation.

Generate demand by planning and executing targeted visits to doctors, encouraging prescription growth, and securing Purchase Orders (POB) from chemists. Execute marketing and sales strategies as directed by senior management and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications
A professional degree in Pharmacy or Science is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Proficiency in MS Office applications and fundamental selling skills are required. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders is critical. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Skills and Attributes
Candidates should demonstrate team effectiveness by recognizing strengths and development areas within the sales team and collaborating on improvement initiatives. Personal effectiveness in overcoming objections through logical reasoning, data, and product knowledge is important. A commitment to continuous learning about product science and market trends is expected. Strong execution skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders are essential. The ability to strategically plan and prioritize visits and sales activities to maximize impact is required.

The role covers territories including Begumpet, AS Rao Nagar, Uppal, Taranaka, Kompally, and Bownpally.
