Manager Sourcing and Procurement

We are looking for a Manager of Sourcing and Procurement to join a leading multinational company. This role involves developing and executing effective sourcing and procurement strategies that align with the company’s overall goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of standardizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating closely with various departments to fulfill organizational needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies that support the company’s objectives.
- Standardize procurement processes by establishing clear governance frameworks and authority matrices.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to accurately forecast demand and manage procurement requests.
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses to drive continuous improvement in sourcing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee vendor performance metrics to maintain high standards.
- Champion digital transformation by implementing advanced procurement systems and tools.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG sectors.
