We are looking for a full-time Amazon Account Expert to join our team at our Rawalpindi office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Amazon FBA operations and be capable of independently handling all aspects of an Amazon seller account. This role requires strong skills in product research, supplier sourcing, inventory management, and maintaining professional communication with clients and vendors. The position is strictly on-site and demands a proactive approach to optimize account performance and resolve any issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Amazon seller account to enhance visibility and boost sales performance.
- Oversee all facets of Amazon account management, including addressing performance issues such as suspensions or policy violations.
- Ensure product information accuracy, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Create and manage FBA shipments and supervise FBM orders.
- Develop and optimize product listings, including SEO and product variations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to increase advertising effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and conversion rates to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Promptly address customer cases, A-Z claims, and account health concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors via email and phone.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and actively participate in review meetings.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts.
- Experience working with reputable agencies or high-revenue brands.
- Proficiency in Amazon seller tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
- Skilled in supplier and manufacturer sourcing based on thorough research.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to conduct international calls and draft professional emails.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of account management tasks.
- Demonstrated punctuality and professionalism in all work-related activities.
