Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting to meet specific business requirements. Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, you will gather and analyze business needs, translating them into effective system solutions.

Your role will include conducting thorough system testing, data validation, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery. Post-implementation, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.

Developing and maintaining detailed documentation—including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials—will be essential. You will also integrate SuccessFactors with other SAP and third-party systems using middleware tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Leading end-user training sessions and workshops will help facilitate system adoption and improve user proficiency. Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, updates, and industry best practices is critical to your success.

Additionally, you will participate in global HR transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts, ensuring all configurations and processes comply with data privacy and security standards.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including hands-on configuration and implementation of at least two modules such as Employee Central and Performance & Goals. Strong business process analysis skills combined with solid HR domain knowledge are essential.

You must demonstrate the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Experience in system testing, data validation, and supporting UAT phases is required.

The role demands proficiency in developing clear, detailed documentation and training materials. Familiarity with integrating SuccessFactors using middleware tools like SAP CPI is necessary.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and functions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
SAP SuccessFactors Certification is highly desirable and will strengthen your candidacy. Knowledge of SAP HCM (on-premise) systems is considered an advantage. Experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi and reporting tools including Ad Hoc Reports, Online Report Designer (ORD), and Advanced Reporting is beneficial.

Understanding project management principles and Agile methodologies will support your effectiveness in this role.
