Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role supports the overall financial health of the organization and requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining comprehensive financial records, including reports and general ledgers. You will reconcile bank statements regularly to verify transaction accuracy and manage both accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts will be a key part of your role, ensuring that financial planning aligns with organizational goals.
You will ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities to maintain accurate financial data. Coordination with external auditors and facilitating audit procedures will also be required to uphold transparency and accountability. Throughout all tasks, maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information is essential.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role is necessary to succeed in this position. A strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements is critical.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms is required, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently is also a must.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This position is based in Dubai, UAE, and preference will be given to candidates who can reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting. Experience in data entry (minimum one year) and proficiency in English are also preferred for this role. Please note, this is a full-time, in-person position.
