Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy. You will monitor live system updates and respond accordingly, with comprehensive training provided to support this task. Accurate recording and logging of activity reports and updates are essential to maintain clear and organized documentation. Coordination with internal teams is critical to ensure timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions. Delivering excellent customer service by efficiently resolving issues and maintaining a positive customer experience is a core part of the role. Additionally, you will follow up with clients and staff to ensure that service standards are consistently met. Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism at all times is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong computer literacy is essential, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and various web-based tools. The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required. Reliability and punctuality are key, along with the flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends. Strong multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail are necessary to succeed in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000.
