Job Summary
I&K Enterprises, the proud owner of renowned personal care brands Nexton and De’LESH, is looking to hire a Trainee Sales Data Coordinator to join its growing team based in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
The Trainee Sales Data Coordinator will serve as a vital link between customers, field staff, and the internal teams. Key duties include:
- Promptly responding to customer inquiries and field staff regarding order statuses, payment concerns, and product returns, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintaining accurate logs and consistently updating the status of help desk tickets to track ongoing issues and resolutions.
- Assisting field staff by providing guidance on software usage and supporting the order entry process to streamline operations.
- Documenting IT incidents thoroughly, including their resolutions, to help improve operational efficiency and support troubleshooting efforts.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:
- Educational background of at least Intermediate level; however, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience level ranges from fresh graduates to individuals with up to one year of relevant experience in sales coordination, data entry, or a similar function.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general data entry skills, enabling accurate and efficient handling of sales data.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities to effectively interact with customers, field staff, and internal departments.
- Residency in Lahore is mandatory to fulfill the onsite work requirement and ensure smooth daily operations.
