Meds Nexus/Meshsq is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic Pre-Sales team. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages. Managing the sales pipeline efficiently—from lead qualification to client onboarding—is a critical part of your role. You will conduct virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or conference calls to build relationships and present solutions.

Additionally, you will prepare meeting minutes, follow-up communications, and analytical reports based on client interactions to support sales strategies. Collaboration with team members to meet and exceed shared sales targets is essential. You will also respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving any issues that arise while understanding and identifying client needs to deliver tailored and courteous responses. Other duties may be assigned by the Sales Manager as needed.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of a graduation degree in any field. Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in customer support, sales, or a combination of both is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential, with a preference for those who can speak with a North American accent. Technical proficiency is required, including familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools such as RingCentral, Avaya, or Cisco IP Phones. Availability to work during U.S. business hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PST) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior exposure to the U.S. healthcare industry is considered a strong advantage. We offer a competitive base salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs85,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure that rewards your sales performance.
