Job Summary
I&K Enterprises, the proud owner of renowned personal care brands Nexton and De’LESH, is looking to hire a motivated IT Technician to join our head office team in Lahore. This role is crucial in providing timely technical support to internal teams and resolving daily IT challenges to ensure uninterrupted business operations. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, responsible, and capable of effectively coordinating with vendors, customers, and field staff. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT incidents and resolutions is also a key part of this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from vendors, customers, and field staff related to orders, payments, and returns.
- Work closely with the IT department and other internal teams to address and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain detailed help desk logs and ensure ticket statuses are regularly updated to track progress and resolution.
- Provide hands-on assistance to field staff with software applications, including order entry and tracking processes, ensuring smooth usage and minimizing errors.
- Document all IT-related incidents comprehensively, including the steps taken to resolve issues, to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate or equivalent.
- Experience ranging from zero to one year; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Lahore head office, adhering to in-person attendance requirements.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are local residents of Lahore to facilitate smoother coordination and support.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs40,000.
