Job Summary
Nexsoft Technologies is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis at their Gulistan-e-Johar office in Karachi. This role requires working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining websites across multiple domains, including E-commerce, design development, and E-books. This position demands hands-on involvement in both frontend and backend development to ensure websites are fully functional, responsive, and deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain websites for E-commerce, digital platforms, and service-oriented businesses.
- Execute both frontend and backend development tasks to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Customize and manage websites using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or custom CMS solutions.
- Ensure all websites are mobile responsive and optimized for smooth user interaction.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to align development efforts with project goals.
- Perform regular website updates, troubleshoot bugs, and implement new features to enhance functionality.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally within a software house or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS-based development.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar E-commerce platforms.
- Ability to handle backend logic using PHP, Liquid, or CMS configuration tools.
- Good understanding of user experience principles, website performance optimization, and basic SEO practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively debug and resolve issues.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position with no option for remote work. The salary range for this role is Rs60,000 to Rs100,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills. Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates must be available to start immediately and commit to night shift hours.
