Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional for a commission-based role that offers a hybrid work arrangement. This position requires working one day per week at our office located in Blue Area near Parade Ground Station, Islamabad, with the remaining four days working remotely. The primary focus is on driving business growth by proactively engaging clients and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, lead generation, and market research. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients is essential to ensure sustained business growth. Candidates will be responsible for developing and presenting customized proposals that effectively address client needs.

Managing the full sales process is a critical aspect of this role, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaboration with internal teams—such as Marketing, Product, and Operations—is necessary to deliver high client satisfaction and seamless service. Additionally, conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends and gather competitor insights will help inform strategic sales approaches.
