Job Summary
COTHM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at its New Garden Town Campus in Lahore. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in managing kitchen environments, with expertise in both international and local cuisines. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene that the College of Tourism & Hotel Management is known for.
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery. This includes planning and designing menus that reflect both local and international culinary trends while managing food costs to maintain budgetary control. Maintaining rigorous quality control standards is essential to uphold the institution’s reputation.
A significant part of the role involves training, mentoring, and developing the culinary team. The Executive Chef will foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages continuous learning and skill enhancement. Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations is mandatory to provide a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Additionally, the Executive Chef must demonstrate creativity in menu development and possess excellent time management skills to handle the dynamic demands of a busy kitchen. Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, with a solid culinary background encompassing both international and local cuisines. Demonstrated leadership capabilities are essential, with a track record of effectively managing kitchen teams and operations.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage time efficiently and creatively develop menus, are required. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of taste and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the high standards set by the College of Tourism & Hotel Management.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at COTHM’s New Garden Town Campus in Lahore. The monthly salary offered ranges from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and expertise.
