Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar after-sales or customer support role is required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. The ability to explain technical issues clearly and simply to non-technical audiences is critical. Proficiency in computer applications for reporting and communication is also necessary. Finally, the candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently to fulfill job requirements.
