Job Summary
CALLSTONES is a fast-growing BPO company providing a wide array of services including Limousine Dispatching, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, and Virtual Assistance. With a client base spanning the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is based at our office in Bahria Town Phase 3, Rawalpindi, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to expanding our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients worldwide. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads using various channels such as LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, email outreach, and other relevant sources. Presenting and pitching CALLSTONES’ services effectively to key decision-makers will be a core part of your role.
You will also coordinate and schedule meetings or calls for the core team to help move sales processes forward. Maintaining and regularly updating the lead pipeline is essential to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients will support sustained business growth and help establish CALLSTONES as a trusted partner.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with excellent negotiation abilities. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident in initiating contact with new clients independently.
Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, as well as tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM software, will be advantageous. A basic understanding of BPO or outsourcing services is preferred to better align with our business model and client needs.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary of Rs25,000 per month. The expected start date for this role is June 30, 2025.
