Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Store Operations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations. This role demands oversight of inbound and outbound logistics, precise inventory control, and effective collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth material flow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with SAP ERP systems, specifically the MM module, and demonstrate strong leadership skills to enhance productivity and maintain compliance in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
As the Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, including overseeing inbound and outbound logistics and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will leverage SAP ERP modules (MM and WM) to maintain real-time visibility and control over stock levels. Developing, implementing, and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) will be critical to maintaining best practices in inventory management.
Close collaboration with procurement, production, and planning teams is essential to guarantee material availability and timely stock replenishment. You will analyze stock movement trends and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making processes. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction will also form a key part of your role.
Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards within the storage environment is mandatory. Additionally, you will be responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring store staff to uphold high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse or store operations is required, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an SAP-driven warehouse environment.
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly the MM module, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Excellent leadership capabilities, combined with effective communication and stakeholder management skills, are crucial to succeed in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
Familiarity with lean inventory principles and continuous improvement methodologies will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hattar. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before starting.
