Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role requires working the night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving outbound lead generation, managing key client relationships, and executing sales strategies that enable our company to deliver tailored digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Key Account Executive will collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to research, strategize outreach, and prospect effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified sales opportunities. Conducting discovery calls to deeply understand client needs and requirements is essential to tailor solutions effectively.

You will negotiate and finalize service agreements that deliver clear value and foster long-term partnerships. Managing and mentoring SDRs to optimize lead generation and qualification processes is also a critical part of the role. Developing and implementing strategic account plans aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a key focus.

Building and maintaining strong, enduring client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction is paramount. Staying well-informed about our products, services, and industry trends will enable you to communicate compelling value propositions confidently.

You will prepare persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address client challenges and objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to maximize profitability. Maintaining an organized sales pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts are vital for tracking progress.

Regular reporting on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the Head of Sales will keep leadership informed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development—is necessary to meet client needs and resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you will continuously collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, though this is preferred rather than mandatory. A minimum of two years of proven success in sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound lead generation and account management, is required.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with clients. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is necessary to manage leads and track sales activities efficiently.
