Job Summary
Developers Hub, located in Islamabad, is looking for an experienced SEO Expert to join our team on a full-time basis during night shifts. We seek a results-driven professional capable of designing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across all SEO facets—including on-page, off-page, technical, local, and semantic SEO—and stay well-informed about the latest algorithm changes, AI advancements, and evolving search engine behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize website components such as content, meta tags, titles, headings, images, and URLs to enhance both search engine visibility and user experience.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits addressing crawlability, site speed, indexing, mobile usability, and responsiveness issues to ensure optimal site performance.
- Develop content strategies focused on search intent, semantic SEO, and topic clusters to boost relevance and user engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong backlink profile using ethical, white-hat link-building techniques and manage outreach campaigns effectively.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and implement local SEO strategies, ensuring consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information across all listings and directories.
- Lead international and multilingual SEO efforts, including hreflang tag implementation, ccTLD management, and region-specific targeting to expand global reach.
- Apply structured data (schema markup) to enhance visibility in rich search results and improve click-through rates.
- Stay current with Google Core Updates, SEO trends, and AI-powered SEO tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on traffic, rankings, conversions, and ongoing optimization activities to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Expert or Specialist with a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Solid understanding of local SEO, semantic SEO, and answer engine optimization (AEO).
- Experience managing multilingual or international SEO campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, industry trends, and global SEO best practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to report clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
