Job Summary
SOUL Schools Shad Bagh Campus is inviting applications for the position of Vice Principal (female) to join its leadership team. Key Responsibilities
The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in the smooth management of daily school operations and academic activities. This includes supporting curriculum development and ensuring its effective implementation in alignment with the school’s educational standards. A critical part of the role involves supervising and mentoring teaching staff to enhance instructional quality and professional growth. The Vice Principal will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, disciplined, and productive learning environment for students. Effective communication and coordination with parents, staff, and administrative personnel are essential to address school-related matters promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the Vice Principal will actively participate in school events and contribute to the formulation and review of school policies as required.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Science subjects or English. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant teaching or administrative experience in a reputable school setting is essential. This experience should demonstrate the candidate’s ability to manage academic programs and lead staff effectively.
