Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our team and spearhead organic growth across various social media platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift). The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in organic social media marketing, showcasing strong expertise in content planning, audience engagement, and trend research to elevate our brand’s online presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing organic social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. This includes creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content formats like posts, reels, and stories that resonate with our target audience.

Monitoring engagement metrics and gathering community feedback will be essential to continuously refine and optimize our social media approach. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes is crucial to maximize our content reach and impact.

Collaboration with the design and content teams is necessary to maintain brand consistency across all channels. Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed performance reports and offering actionable recommendations to drive growth and enhance audience interaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience specifically in organic social media marketing. A strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, emerging trends, and effective content strategies is essential.

Excellent writing and communication skills are required to craft compelling and engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other social media scheduling platforms is expected.

The ability to analyze social media insights and make data-driven decisions is critical for success in this role. A creative mindset combined with keen attention to detail will help in producing high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives.
