Job Summary
This full-time, permanent leadership role based in Pakistan presents an exciting opportunity to join Study Group’s local team. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversee the management of agent relationships, service delivery, and in-market activities. The primary objective is to drive new student enrolment by managing a diverse portfolio of agents across all products while cultivating strong, value-driven partnerships. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the Pakistan education market and the ability to foster growth through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team that operates effectively within a global, matrix organizational structure. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive sales account plans designed to meet recruitment targets. Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with agents and partners is essential to this role.
Work closely with product sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and uncover recruitment opportunities. Manage a robust partner network, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Proactively identify growth opportunities within the partner network while managing associated risks.
Deliver high-quality training on products and processes to agents, maximizing their effectiveness and contribution to recruitment goals. Support the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products, and regional strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Monitor competitor activities to maintain market awareness and inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
Track and analyze performance metrics regularly, providing detailed reports to senior leadership. Align your team with Study Group’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals by ensuring clear communication and goal setting. Foster a coaching culture focused on high performance through ongoing support, development, and positive reinforcement.
Champion Study Group’s branding and customer value propositions, positioning the in-market organization as the preferred partner for student pathways in Pakistan.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in the education sector is essential, with a strong track record in managing recruitment teams and consistently achieving enrolment targets. Fluency in English, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is required.
Experience in B2B, channel sales, or partner agent management, as well as B2C environments, is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM tools are necessary for success.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic account management and consultative selling methodologies is critical. The ability to analyze data effectively to guide decision-making is expected. Familiarity with social selling techniques, including the use of LinkedIn and other digital platforms, is preferred.
