CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) or Cold Callers to join our expanding team. This full-time, contract-based role involves primarily outbound client engagement through calls conducted during evening hours. Successful candidates will be based at our offices in Rawalpindi or Lahore and will play a key role in customer outreach and support. The working hours are from 6 PM to 3 AM, requiring individuals who are comfortable with night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls using speed dialing technology to connect with potential clients efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English during all client interactions to ensure effective engagement.
- Draft clear, persuasive emails to assist with negotiations and follow-up communications.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and helpful information about products or services.
- Keep detailed and organized records of calls and customer interactions for reporting and analysis.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets.
- Adapt to the night shift schedule and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Be prepared to travel as needed to support various business requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in email writing and basic negotiation techniques.
- Experience level ranging from fresh candidates to those with up to six months in a similar role, especially with speed dialing.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM.
- Commitment to working on-site at the company’s Rawalpindi or Lahore office locations.
- Availability for 100% travel as required by the company’s operational needs.
