Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and data management software. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Behria Town, Islamabad, requiring availability for a night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting recruitment activities, payroll processing, and employee performance management to ensure efficient HR operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the HR department’s daily functions. These include assisting with job postings on multiple platforms such as job boards and the company website to attract qualified candidates. The role involves screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Additionally, the HR Assistant will support the preparation and upkeep of HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures, ensuring these materials are accurate and compliant with organizational standards. Payroll processing support is another critical aspect of the role, which includes entering data, verifying timesheets, and resolving payroll discrepancies to maintain precise employee compensation records.
The position also requires conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to employees, and identifying areas for improvement and development opportunities. This ensures continuous employee growth and alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000. The job location is First Floor Plaza 150, Block D, Civic Center, Behria Town, Islamabad.
