Job Summary
Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a talented and customer-oriented Sales & Concept Designer who blends interior design expertise with strong sales skills. This role involves guiding clients through furniture and décor selections, crafting interior concepts using Enza Home’s collections, and delivering an exceptional showroom experience. The ideal candidate will possess a keen design eye, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for home furnishings and décor.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Concept Designer, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the showroom. You will welcome and assist them in selecting furniture and décor items tailored to their needs. Understanding each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and spatial requirements is essential to provide personalized design solutions.

You will develop furniture layouts, mood boards, and basic interior concepts utilizing Enza Home’s product range. Presenting these concepts to clients through design software or manual sketches will help them visualize the final look. Meeting monthly sales targets by converting consultations into confirmed orders is a critical aspect of this role.

Collaboration with the sales team is vital to ensure product availability and timely follow-ups with clients. You will also maintain showroom visual merchandising standards, reflecting current design trends and seasonal themes to create an inspiring environment.

Staying updated on Enza Home’s product offerings, new arrivals, and promotions is necessary to provide accurate information to clients. Additionally, you will assist with showroom setups, displays, and client presentations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. Between 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design or furniture sales, preferably within a retail setting, is required.

A strong aesthetic sense with a solid understanding of furniture design and space planning is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other basic planning tools is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is expected.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Islamabad, and candidates must be willing to work weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with premium furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands will be considered an asset. The ability to visualize and clearly communicate design ideas to clients is highly valued.

Knowledge of current design trends and local market preferences will help in delivering relevant and appealing concepts.

Enza Home offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 per month, complemented by performance-based incentives.
