A prominent beauty brand specializing in skincare and haircare products is looking for an experienced SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position is located at DHA Phase 8, Al Murtaza Commercial. The successful candidate will be instrumental in elevating the brand’s digital footprint through strategic SEO initiatives and content marketing. The role focuses on driving organic traffic growth, improving search engine rankings, and fostering stronger engagement with the brand’s audience.
Key Responsibilities
The SEO & Content Marketing Specialist will conduct thorough keyword and topic research to develop robust content strategies. This includes managing content clusters, identifying keyword gaps, and staying ahead of emerging trends to ensure the brand’s content remains relevant and competitive.
Collaboration with content writers is essential to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with the latest search engine algorithms and industry best practices. The specialist will monitor website performance metrics such as SERP rankings, organic traffic trends, and other SEO KPIs, preparing detailed reports for management to inform decision-making.
A critical part of the role involves identifying and initiating outreach to local publishers and websites for link-building opportunities, both organic and paid. This strengthens the brand’s domain authority and online credibility. The specialist will also manage relationships with backlink vendors, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality backlinks within the allocated monthly budget.
Working closely with internal teams, the specialist will create off-page SEO content, including guest posts and PR articles, to support link-building efforts and enhance the brand’s authority in the market. Additionally, the role requires overseeing and optimizing technical SEO elements such as website speed, mobile responsiveness, user experience, and engagement metrics to ensure optimal site performance.
The specialist will also develop and manage automated email marketing funnels designed to boost conversions and improve customer retention. This includes ensuring seamless integration with CRM and e-commerce platforms for a cohesive digital marketing approach.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in SEO strategy development, content creation, and off-page SEO execution. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush is essential.
A working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress is required, along with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate technical SEO tasks. Familiarity with website performance evaluation tools, including Google PageSpeed Insights, is also necessary.
