Senior React Native Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented React Native Developer to design and develop sophisticated mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and backend engineering to deliver innovative features that improve the overall user experience. This role demands writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring optimal app performance and stability. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, integrating third-party APIs, and mentoring junior developers. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, crashes, and other technical challenges promptly.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance app functionality and user engagement.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing constructive feedback and participating actively in code reviews to uphold code quality.
- Continuously research and stay informed about the latest mobile development technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional experience working with React Native in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with native modules on both Android and iOS platforms, including bridging techniques.
- Deep understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
- Proficient in version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development.
- Familiarity with mobile debugging tools, performance monitoring, and testing frameworks to ensure high-quality releases.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Excellent problem-solving skills paired with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting from Rs 200,000 per month
Work Location: Field-based/mobile work environment (on the road)
