We are looking for a motivated Upseller specializing in Web and Design Sales to join our team based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This full-time role operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional passionate about the web and design industry, eager to build strong client relationships and consistently exceed sales targets ranging from $5,000 to $12,000. The position offers a competitive salary between PKR 100,000 and 250,000, along with uncapped commission and an attendance allowance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell web and design services to both existing and prospective clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Strategically plan and implement upselling techniques to consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in web and design to confidently present value-driven solutions. Negotiate sales terms effectively to benefit both the company and clients, successfully closing deals. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, upselling activities, and overall sales performance. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
An educational background of O/A Levels is preferred. Prior sales experience, especially within the web and design sector, is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should have a strong ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales is required. Familiarity with web design and development concepts is important. A target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is necessary.
