We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting overall company growth through strategic sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote and sell solutions in the domains of electrical systems, HVAC controls, IBMS, security systems, fire safety, and vertical transportation systems (lifts/elevators/escalators).
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand solutions and provide accurate information to clients.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in creating marketing materials, campaigns, and content (digital and print).
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development; experience in the electrical or automation industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
