We are hiring people for "Team Lead" posts vacant
- Must have experience on final expense campaign
- Have impeccable communication skills.
- Must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved at any full/part-time job.
- Have good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Able to work in Night shifts.
- Must be fluent in English with native American accent
- Managing the workflow of the call center doing QC of the calls made by agents, if needed
- Have a skill to lead a team just like a good team leader / have leadership skills
- Have ability to take interviews for short listing agents.
- its a full time permanent job.
