Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the customs brokerage industry
Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
3. Sales and Marketing
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business development goals
Collaborate with management to develop targeted marketing campaigns
4. Industry Knowledge
Stay up to date on customs regulations, trade agreements, and industry developments
Apply knowledge of customs brokerage services to identify opportunities and solve client problems
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
Experience
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the customs brokerage or logistics industry
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
