We are seeking a caring, responsible, and experienced Child Care Assistant to support the daily care, safety, and development of children in a home-based environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, gentle, and committed to creating a positive and safe atmosphere for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
Assist with homework and learning tasks (if applicable)
Prepare and serve meals/snacks based on given instructions
Maintain cleanliness in children’s areas (toys, play area, meal area)
Follow daily routines, including nap times and hygiene tasks
Provide emotional support and handle behavioral issues calmly
Report daily updates and concerns to the parents/guardians
Handle minor first-aid needs and emergencies appropriately
Requirements:
Minimum High School education (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
1+ years of relevant childcare experience
Basic knowledge of child development and safety procedures
Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
Patient, energetic, and emotionally mature
Ability to manage multiple children if needed
Non-smoker and clean personal hygiene
Basic cooking skills for child meals
