We are hiring a smart, trustworthy, and detail-oriented female executive assistant to help manage tasks related to data entry, secretarial work, client communication, and operational follow-ups. Whether you're based in Karachi, Dubai, or looking for a flexible remote opportunity — this role offers long-term growth with a dynamic digital company.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry & CRM updates
- Preparing and formatting documents, contracts, and presentations
- Handling WhatsApp / email replies professionally
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and task follow-ups
- Assisting with online research and reporting
- Managing calendars and minor admin tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Optional: Canva / WordPress / Social media scheduling (if skilled)
Requirements:
- Female only (Age 22–35 preferred)
- Minimum Bachelor's (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred)
- Strong communication in English & Urdu
- Must be punctual, well-organized, loyal, and discreet
- Tech-savvy: Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp Web
For remote applicants: Must have own laptop + stable internet
For office-based: Should be able to commute to DHA/Clifton (Karachi) or Business Bay (Dubai)
