We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Executive to join our growing sales & customer support team in Lahore.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding clients through their orders and helping them choose the perfect bouquet or arrangement for their special occasions. Ensure that customers reaching out through all channels—WhatsApp, social media, and more—receive exceptional and attentive service. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Social Media DMs, WhatsApp, Emails, and Phone Calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist clients in customizing bouquets and address their questions with detailed product and industry knowledge.
  •  Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage disputes and convert dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones using proven techniques.
  • Solve problems independently and proactively, maintaining a positive customer experience.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  •  Exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  •  Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide accurate information to all customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and strategies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and overall satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent. 
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and tactfully.
  • Customer-centric approach, providing support as you would like to receive it.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
