We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will manage accounting processes, lead a team, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll, reconciliations).
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors/tax consultants.
Implement process improvements and automation for financial systems.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: CA/CPA/CMA/MBA Finance or equivalent.
Experience: Five years in accounting/finance, with team management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Major Accounting software’s & advanced Excel.
Soft Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving.
Preferred: Knowledge of industry-specific requirements,
