We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Manager & Administrator. This position is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation center while driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the rehabilitation center, ensuring smooth operations
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs for hard drug users
  • Expand the center's capacity and reach through strategic planning
  • Manage the center's budget, human resources, and procurement processes
  • Fundraise to support the center's programs and initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the center's staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for helping individuals overcome drug addiction

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package (PKR 50,000 - 70,000)
  • Monday to Saturday workweek (9 AM - 6 PM)
