KIDAN is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales and Product Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact in driving sales performance. In this role, you will design and execute innovative sales training programs that deliver measurable results, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to excel in their roles. This position also includes the responsibility of managing key aspects of partner enablement, content creation, and ownership of the customer platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance overall sales performance. As we prepare for our upcoming training cycle in April, we need someone who can hit the ground running, brings fresh ideas, and is committed to continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of critical initiatives and contribute directly to the growth and success of our sales organization. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of 20 individuals, fostering a culture of creativity, productivity, and accountability.
