We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Developer to oversee the planning, development, and management of websites and web-based projects. This dual-role position requires strong technical skills in web development as well as leadership and organizational abilities to manage website operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain websites using modern front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.)
Manage website content, SEO optimization, and ensure responsive design across devices
Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other developers to bring web projects to life
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize website performance, speed, and security
Lead and manage small-scale development projects from planning to deployment
Stay updated with the latest trends in web technologies and propose improvements
Manage hosting environments, domain configurations, and CMS platforms (primarily WordPress)
Report weekly on web development progress and performance metrics
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web development
Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
Familiarity with website management tools, SEO principles, and Google Analytics
Experience managing or leading small teams/projects is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
