To manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting software.
Prepare and process payments (cash, bank, vendor).
Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
Reconcile bank statements monthly.
Monitor and manage petty cash with proper documentation.
Assist in monthly closing, journal entries, and accruals.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
Support external/internal audits with required documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
