Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube networks, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Write persuasive ad copy and create visually engaging display ads, continually testing variations to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Utilize Google Tag Manager to set up and manage tracking for conversions, events, and audience segmentation, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) while meeting client KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate PPC strategies with overall marketing initiatives and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continually refine approaches and enhance performance.
  • Industry Updates: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, Google Ads features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven results in driving traffic and conversions.
  • Certifications: Google Ads certification and Google Analytics certification are preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager; experience with other digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively and strategically to optimize campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues.
