We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our dynamic sales team.
- Provide clients with detailed information and briefings on relevant projects.
- Understand and assess client requirements to offer solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct strong follow-ups with clients to understand evolving needs and requirements.
- Contact clients/tenants with overdue payments, send reminders, negotiate repayment terms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their issues.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM.
