Telesales Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Female Tele-Sales Representative with solar industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and in-depth knowledge of solar systems, their types, and benefits. You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, educating customers about our solar solutions, and guiding them toward energy-efficient choices. Incentives will be offered on achieving monthly sales targets, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
Explain the features, types, and benefits of solar systems, including on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid models.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and match them with the right solar solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, messages, and emails.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for site visits and quotations.
Provide post-sale support and address any customer concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the solar energy sector.
Solid understanding of solar technology, including PV panels, inverters, net metering, and battery backup systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical products in a simple and customer-friendly way.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong and consistent follow up with potential clients
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
