We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Female Tele-Sales Representative with solar industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and in-depth knowledge of solar systems, their types, and benefits. You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, educating customers about our solar solutions, and guiding them toward energy-efficient choices. Incentives will be offered on achieving monthly sales targets, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
  • Explain the features, types, and benefits of solar systems, including on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid models.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and match them with the right solar solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for site visits and quotations.
  • Provide post-sale support and address any customer concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the solar energy sector.
  • Solid understanding of solar technology, including PV panels, inverters, net metering, and battery backup systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple and customer-friendly way.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong and consistent follow up with potential clients
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
