• Able to completely manage marketplace accounts (Ebay, Amazon, Shopify, etc) including product listings, advertising, content updating (description, images, etc.), revenue growth customer support & inventory management.
  • Having control over product offering, cost, and inventory levels and managing overall profit and loss of all marketplaces.
  • Use appropriate tools & promotions to increase listing visibility and traffic.
  • Conduct and manage daily, monthly, and quarterly operations, trading, account relationship & seasonal sales reporting.
  • Monitor competitors’ actions and responses regarding pricing, content, promotions, sales tricks, and reviews.
  • Collecting sales reports with feedback sessions to the wider team on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Develop strategic direction for handling accounts returns.
  • Competitor research analysis, identifying opportunities, making & executing strategies to grow sales revenue.
  • Develop & implement strategies to boost sales, lessen costs and improve the conversion rate of products.
  • Responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the ecommerce industry preferably on Shopify and Amazon marketplace.
  • Record of generating incremental revenue on Amazon and Shopify
  • A clear understanding of E-commerce sales & marketing drivers
  • Good communication skills, Project management skills, influencing skills, research skills & strategic thinking.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce for apparel preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
