Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a Lead Sales Closer to join their in-house international campaign, working night shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable engaging potential customers over the phone to present the company’s products and services. This position is vital in helping the company achieve and exceed its business goals while supporting sustainable growth. The role is full-time and based at the company’s Karachi office. Female employees will benefit from provided transportation services, including drop-off. The compensation package includes a basic salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 70,000, along with attractive bonus plans that can lead to earnings of up to PKR 1 million.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights and develop strategies that improve sales outcomes.
- Engage with warm leads and follow up with interested prospects via phone calls or digital communication channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, documenting customer interactions, closed deals, and sales pipeline progress.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, including effective negotiation techniques.
- Quick learner with a genuine passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
