Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on LPG bottling and storage equipment, including compressors, pumps, valves, conveyors, and storage tanks.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in plant machinery (LPG Pump, LPG Compressor & Filling Machines) and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Oversee and support the safe operation of pressure vessels, valves, and other mechanical components as per industry regulations and safety standards.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections and servicing of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Follow a structured preventive maintenance schedule and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and industry regulations while performing tasks.
- Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operating in a safe and compliant manner.
- Report any safety hazards or non-compliance issues and contribute to risk assessments.
Operational Support:
- Assist in the daily operations of LPG bottling and storage systems, Filling of LPG Cylinders and Filling Shed Activities.
- Monitor machinery during production cycles and assist in adjusting settings for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with company standards.
Equipment Installation and Upgrades:
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment.
- Support plant upgrades and improvements to enhance operational capacity and efficiency.
Technical Assistance and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members, including electricians, engineers, and operators, to resolve operational issues and optimize plant efficiency.
- Provide technical assistance and training to operators and junior technicians when necessary.
