Accountant / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations. The role includes recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing monthly financial reports, maintaining cash flow statements, and ensuring financial accuracy using QuickBooks Online and Desktop. You will work closely with management to support budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and review monthly financial statements
Track daily cash flow and generate reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Handle vendor management and payment processing
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Communicate with clients and vendors professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Good communication and reporting skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
