Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer with a strong background in PCB design, testing, and manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in working with potentiometers, circuit analysis, and electronic components. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with international suppliers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test PCB layouts for various electronic applications.
Select and integrate components, including potentiometers and other passive and active devices.
Conduct circuit analysis and troubleshooting to optimize system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for prototype development and product testing.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality control and efficient production processes.
Communicate with international stakeholders; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
Develop technical documentation, including schematics and assembly instructions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in PCB design and electronic components.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
4+ years of experience in PCB design and electronic component selection.
Strong understanding of potentiometers, circuit design, and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Mandarin language proficiency is a significant advantage.
