Social Media / Ads Expert

We are looking for a Social Media & Ads Expert with a strong design sense to join our team. The ideal candidate should not only excel in managing social media platforms and running paid ad campaigns but also have a keen eye for design. You will work closely with graphic designers, providing creative direction to ensure high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos).
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
Track performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns.
Provide creative direction to graphic designers, ensuring visually appealing and high-converting designs.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and design aesthetics.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, ad strategies, and design trends.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok Ads.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and branding.
Ability to provide feedback and guide designers to create high-quality visuals.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
Experience in running A/B testing for ads.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
