Lemon Tree Consulting Pakistan is seeking a skilled SAP Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP architecture design and integration technologies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of SAP integration processes. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will lead a team of 10 talented professionals, driving projects and ensuring that our SAP solutions are effectively delivered to meet business objectives. Your expertise is essential in analyzing complex systems, implementing best practices, and serving as a mentor to your team to achieve strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP solutions within the existing IT landscape. You will evaluate and recommend architecture solutions that align with organizational goals while optimizing existing capabilities. The SAP Technical Architect must have excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and influence teams while fostering an innovative environment focused on continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities

Lead the architecture design and implementation of SAP solutions across various business units.
Analyze and define system requirements in consultation with stakeholders to effectively align with business objectives.
Evaluate current SAP architecture and identify areas for improvement to enhance performance and functionality.
Mentor and manage a team of 10 professionals, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.
Develop integration strategies utilizing SAP Integration Technologies to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct regular assessments of SAP environments, implementing improvements based on industry standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and keep current with SAP technologies.
Engage with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate SAP solutions into the larger IT infrastructure.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure that solutions remain competitive and effective.
