We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service), and ensuring successful implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver tailored ERP/CRM solutions.
Customize Dynamics 365 features, workflows, and entities based on client needs.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.
Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support.
Continuously monitor and optimize system performance and user experience.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or BC), AX, or NAV.
Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, CRM, etc.).
Experience in full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create detailed documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Previous consulting experience with a Microsoft Partner or large-scale ERP project.
