We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic outbound call center team during the evening shift. As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting services, and ensuring excellent customer interaction in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to the services offered.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.
- Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets (e.g., call volume, customer satisfaction).
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: Matriculation (High School Diploma or equivalent).
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or sales role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet targets.
- Must be available to work the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software are an advantage.
