We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate high-quality leads for our clientele. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills while engaging with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls to generate leads.
- Follow a provided script to ensure consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain a high level of respect, positivity, and customer engagement during calls.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets as assigned.
- Accurately document customer interactions and lead details in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and overall campaign success.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Availability for the night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month
